Technical Representation & Acquisition Advisory
A Type-Rated Captain and a CAMO Engineer on Your Side of Every Aircraft Transaction
Pre-buy inspections, records reviews and deliveries decide what an aircraft really costs you. PassionJet puts independent technical experts in the room, so you close on the aircraft you were promised and nothing less.
Why It Matters
The Costly Surprises in a Jet Transaction Are Technical, Not Commercial
Missing records, deferred inspections, open service bulletins and findings that surface halfway through a pre-buy can move an aircraft’s value by a wide margin, or turn a delivery into months of downtime.
Brokers negotiate price. Shops perform the work. Neither is paid to protect your interests line by line. We are: we read every logbook entry, sit beside the inspection, fly the acceptance flight, and turn each finding into a decision you can negotiate with.
Services
From Shortlist to First Flight, One Technical Team
Engage us for a single step or for the whole transaction. Buyers, sellers, lenders and lessors all use the same service.
Pre-Purchase Inspection Oversight
We define the inspection scope with the facility, attend on site, review every finding as it is raised, and separate airworthiness items from cosmetic ones so you know what the seller must fix and what to negotiate.
Records and Airworthiness Review
Our CAMO-qualified engineer audits logbooks, ADs, service bulletins, life-limited parts, damage history and maintenance programme status, and gives you a written discrepancy log before you commit.
Delivery and Acceptance
A type-rated captain flies or attends the acceptance flight, checks systems and cabin against the purchase agreement, and signs off only when the aircraft matches what you bought.
Owner’s Representative
For heavy checks, refurbishments and major inspections, we represent you with the maintenance facility: work-scope approvals, cost control, progress reports and quality checks before release.
Registry Transfer and Continuing Airworthiness
We plan the change of registry, maintenance programme approval and CAMO arrangements for the new register, so the aircraft is legal and flying from day one of your ownership.
Acquisition Advisory
Before you buy: mission analysis, a shortlist of the right types and serial numbers, ownership-cost estimates and a technical view on each candidate, working alongside your broker or ours.

Questions
Before You Engage Us
I Already Have a Broker. Do I Still Need You?
Yes, most clients do. Your broker manages price and terms; we manage the technical condition of the aircraft. We work alongside any broker.
Are You Independent?
On technical engagements we are paid only by you, a fixed fee agreed in advance. We take no commission from sellers, inspection facilities or vendors.
How Is the Fee Set?
By scope: aircraft type, the steps you need and the inspection location. You receive a fixed-fee proposal after the scoping call. Travel is billed at cost.
Where Do You Work?
Worldwide, from bases in Dubai and the United States, at any OEM-authorised service centre or approved maintenance organisation.
