Privacy Policy

How PassionJet collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how PassionJet (“PassionJet,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and owner-trustee and administration services.

1. Who We Are

PassionJet is a U.S. trust services company providing owner-trustee and aircraft-registration administration. Data controller: PassionJet LLC - FZ, Meydan Grandstand 6th floor, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Contact: privacy@passionjet.com.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity & KYC data, names, dates of birth, nationality, passport/ID, proof of address, beneficial-ownership and source-of-funds information for the parties to a trust.
  • Aircraft & transaction data, aircraft details, ownership structure, financing, and related documents.
  • Contact data, name, company, email, phone, country, and the contents of inquiries.
  • Technical data, limited website analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and administer trustee services; to perform identity verification, anti-money-laundering (AML), and sanctions screening; to comply with FAA, tax, and other legal obligations; to communicate with you; and to operate and secure our website.

4. Legal Bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (including AML and sanctions laws), for our legitimate interests in operating the business, and with your consent where required.

5. Who We Share It With

By the nature of aircraft registration, certain owner/trustee information is filed with and published by the FAA Aircraft Registry. We also share data, as needed, with escrow and title agents, the International Registry, regulators and law-enforcement where legally required, and vetted service providers (e.g., secure hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Data Retention

We keep KYC and transaction records for the life of the trust and, after it ends, for at least the five years anti-money-laundering law requires of us, and longer where another law, a tax or accounting obligation, or an unresolved claim or investigation requires it. Aviation records such as journey logs, crew duty records and certificates are kept for the periods aviation regulators require.

When a retention period has run out and nothing else requires us to keep a record, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies a person. We are moving this onto a schedule; until that is in place, records are reviewed and removed case by case, including when you ask us to. If we cannot delete something you have asked us to delete, we tell you which obligation stops us, and for how long.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and role-based permissions. Submissions through our client portal are stored in encrypted storage and accessible only to authorized staff.

9. Your Rights

Subject to law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@passionjet.com. Some data must be retained to meet legal obligations.

10. Cookies & Analytics

Nothing Is Measured Until You Say Yes. When you first visit this site you are asked whether to allow analytics cookies. Until you choose Accept, no analytics cookies are set and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere. If you choose Decline, that stays true for as long as you keep the choice.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead people to contact us. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_<id>) that recognise a returning browser, and it records the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city level) and how you arrived. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell this information. Google processes it on our behalf under its own terms, which may involve transfers outside your country — see section 6.

Links that carry a private token — a quote, a trip status page or a document request we email you — have that token removed before anything is sent to Google, so the link that opens your information is never shared.

Changing your mind. Choose Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page to switch analytics on or off. Your answer is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so it is per device and per browser; clearing your browsing data asks you again. If your browser or operating system sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline and do not ask.

Cookies we set whatever you choose are limited to what the site cannot work without: your cookie choice itself, and, in the staff portal, your sign-in session.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
