PassionJet is a business-aviation management company. Aircraft management is the heart of what we do, running aircraft on behalf of their owners, from operations and crew to maintenance oversight, budgets, and transparent reporting. Around that core we bring together the other services owners would otherwise have to source separately: aircraft brokerage, aircraft charter, U.S. trust registration, insurance, flight support, and crew, all under one accountable team.
As part of our trust services, we also act as a U.S. citizen owner trustee, holding legal title so non-U.S. owners can register their aircraft on the United States civil aircraft registry, the respected "N-number" registry administered by the Federal Aviation Administration. It's one of the ways we help owners, not the whole of what we do.
Every engagement is governed by a clear written agreement, supported by thorough due diligence, and administered with careful recordkeeping. We screen all parties against applicable sanctions lists, keep your records throughout our engagement, and keep you informed of the dates and developments that affect your aircraft, whether that's a registration renewal, an insurance review, or a maintenance milestone.
